Description

A professional and amateur competitive cycling race held across various parts of the State of Arkansas. We use cycling to
show Arkansas to the world.

Formerly the Joe Martin Stage Race the Tour of Arkansas is the oldest stage race (founded in 1978) in North America. We are affiliated with the UCI, the global governing body of cycling. The UCI oversees the Olympics and the Tour de France, and our event equally supports both women and men with prize purses and race days.

4 days of UCI racing:

  • Live stream, broadcast globally
  • Multi-team training camp in Arkansas in March
  • Collaboration with NICA, the world’s largest grassroots bike racing program (35,000 high school MTB racers)
  • Partnerships with other internationally-sanctioned races in the United States
  • 1,000 rider fondo event on race weekend
  • Comprehensive 12-month worldwide media strategy
